Hemmings Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents was founded in 1920 in Redditch and has had an office in Alcester since the 1960s. We are an independent firm offering sales, lettings and surveys for residents of Redditch and Alcester and throughout the surrounding villages and countryside.

Stephen Sutch, the Principal, has been with Hemmings for 27 years and has accrued a wide knowledge and experience of valuation; he is also a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Hemmings, therefore, are able to offer a wide range of property services for residential and commercial property, either in the sales, letting or surveying of such property.
