Hemmings Surveyors and Estate Agents was founded in 1920 in Redditch and has had an office in Alcester since the 1960’s. We are an independent firm and offer sales, lettings, surveys and mortgage advice for residents of Redditch and Alcester and surrounding areas and villages.

Stephen Sutch, the Principal, has been with Hemmings for twenty three years and has a wide knowledge and experience of valuation and is also a member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
